  5. V.I name the thing. Vague is a hiding place.

A few notes.

The Pledge isn’t a vibe. It’s a contract. New members read it during onboarding and tick that they’ve understood it. Chapter leaders open every monthly sit by reciting lines I, II and III. If it ever feels heavy, that’s the point. The heaviness is what keeps The Room safe enough to be useful.
