§ What this is

A quiet place to keep your
whole life on one page.

No gurus. No rooms full of shirtless men shouting.

Just the things a good older brother would tell you, if you had one — and a tracker that doesn’t nag. Structured journeys for the hard bits. Vetted people when you need them.

01
Structured
Not an endless feed. A sequence you can finish.
02
Private
Yours. Not sold, not scored, not shared.
03
Practical
Decisions, scripts, templates — what to do Monday morning.
§ Privacy

Yours is yours.

We store what you log so you can see it change over time. We never sell it, never train AI on it, never show it to a provider without your consent. You can export it and you can delete it.

§ Frequently asked

The questions men actually send.

Who is HisJourney for?
Men aged 30 to 60 going through transitions they weren't prepared for. Separation, fatherhood, redundancy, fitness rebuild, money mistakes. It is not a self-help platform. It is a quiet place to keep your whole life on one page.
Is it free?
Yes. The journeys, the field notes, the partner directory and the tracker are all free. If a paid tier ever lands it will be an optional add-on, not a paywall in front of what is already here.
Why only men?
Most existing tools were not built for the way men actually move through transitions: quietly, privately, without group circles or shouted affirmations. There is plenty of good work for women already. This is the equivalent for the rest of us.
What is a journey?
A short sequence of modules you read in order. Each one is five to twenty minutes. Strength at 40, the first 30 days after she says it is over, money after redundancy. Practical, finishable, no infinite scroll.
What is the tracker?
A single page that holds your body, money and mind data. Weight trend, net worth, mood, streaks. You log it, it shows you the shape of things over time. Private to you.
Do you sell my data?
No. Never sold, never used to train AI, never shared with a partner without your explicit consent. You can export it and you can delete it.
Who is behind it?
Robin Leonard. Australian, mid-forties, two-decade Salesforce career, three kids, separated, fitness rebuild after a hip injury. Built HisJourney because the existing options were either group-based shouting or generic life-coach courses, and he wanted something quiet and serious.
